Placeholder copy. By accessing or using Nativo Sounds you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. This document will be reviewed by counsel before launch. Final language will cover the full scope of rights and responsibilities between guests, hosts, artists, and Nativo Sounds.

You must be at least 21 years old to purchase tickets or attend shows where alcohol is served, and at least 18 years old to create an account or apply as a host, artist, or volunteer. Final language will cover identity verification, guest of minors, and jurisdictional limits specific to Puerto Rico.
Placeholder copy. Nativo Sounds uses a lottery system to allocate tickets. Entering the lottery authorizes an auto-charge to your selected payment method if you win. Winners receive the location and artist lineup 36 hours before the event. Final language will cover transferability, waitlists, and re-sale restrictions.
Placeholder copy. All payments are processed by Stripe. Ticket prices are listed in USD and include all applicable fees unless otherwise stated. Final language will cover chargebacks, payout timing for hosts and artists, and Stripe's Connect terms.
Placeholder copy. Nativo Sounds may cancel an event for safety, weather, or artist-availability reasons. In that case you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within ten business days. Final language will cover guest-initiated cancellations, no-shows, and force-majeure events.
Placeholder copy. Shows are intimate. We ask every guest to respect the space, the host, the artists, and other guests. Harassment, discrimination, and unsafe behavior are grounds for removal without refund and a permanent ban. Final language will include the full community standards document and reporting mechanism.

To the maximum extent permitted by Puerto Rico law, Nativo Sounds is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or attendance at a show. Final language will include indemnification, warranty disclaimers, and a cap on direct damages.
